Refund policy

14-day refund window

If you are not satisfied with your paid subscription (Pro or Business), you may request a full refund within 14 days of the initial purchase date. Refunds requested within this 14-day window will be processed in full, no questions asked.

How to request a refund

Email support@volnara.com with the email address associated with your account. We will process your refund within 5–10 business days. Once processed, your subscription will be cancelled and your account will revert to the Free plan.

After the 14-day window

Refund requests received after the 14-day window are not eligible for a refund. You may still cancel your subscription at any time; your paid features will remain active until the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged again.

Plan changes

If you downgrade from Business to Pro or from a paid plan to Free, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period.
